  • we offer $8.49 flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders under $65.
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
  •  Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking info to update!
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been scanned in by the carrier.
  • If your tracking hasn't updated after 5-7 business days, please contact your local USPS directly or file a claim with the following link below https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Returns & Refunds

Because we sell secondhand clothing, every item is sold as-is. We do our best to accurately describe each item's condition, so please make sure to review the details on every product page before purchasing!

  • Exceptions-our error only :

We only accept returns or exchanges if we made an error with your order (for example, sending the wrong item).

  • If we do make an error, please contact us at thriftskishelp@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You will be given the option to return the item for a full refund (or store credit) provided that the item is shipped back to us in the same condition in which you received it.
  • If the return is due to reasons other than our error, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges.

LOCAL PICKUP OPTION 🛍️

Live in San Diego? We got you! You can choose Local Pickup at checkout to skip shipping fees. Pickups are available Saturdays & Sundays from 10AM–3PM in Spring Valley, CA. Pickup instructions and directions will be provided after you check out.

We’ll hold your order for up to 2 weeks after your purchase. After that, we unfortunately can't guarantee your item will still be available (no refunds after this window).
